What I Did Over Sem Break

If many people say that living far away from your family is easy, then they must've been lying. It has always been a challenge for me living alone. When I arrived home in Iligan city, the province where I grew up, I spent almost every minute of my time to bond with my family. Most of the time I stayed at home. My brothers and I played with our dogs a lot and my mom enjoyed my presence so much because I share all my experiences here in UP. A friend of mine invited me to go with her on the 28th of December to witness and experience our 78th Grand Alumni Homecoming. Of course, I accepted the invitation. It was one of the reason why I wanted to go home. That day I was very nervous, and excited because I know even if only eight months have passed since the last time I saw my highschool friends, a lot of things has changed. The boys have grown taller and they have different stylish haircut. The girls dyed their hair. They were seriously enjoying their freedom as college students. The feeling of reuniting was exciting and a little bit weird.
